KDH Agent Internal Use Terms

Effective October 15, 2026. This notice applies to the internal KDH Agent application operated by Kingdom Diversified Holdings LLC.

Scope

KDH Agent is operated by Kingdom Diversified Holdings LLC for authorized internal business use only. Access is restricted to personnel authorized by the company; these terms do not grant public access or rights to third parties.

Permitted use

Authorized users may use the application for company accounting review, invoice preparation, payment reconciliation and related administrative work. Users must have authority to access the connected company records and comply with the applicable Intuit and Microsoft service terms.

Approvals

Users must verify proposed accounting changes before approving them. Approval applies to the specific previewed change. AI suggestions are not a substitute for review of source records or professional accounting advice. Email sending and automatic QuickBooks posting are currently disabled.

Credentials and records

Do not disclose connection secrets or grant unauthorized access. Maintain accurate records and investigate uncertain posting results before retrying, to avoid duplicates. Disconnecting an integration does not delete previously stored accounting records.

Availability and changes

The application is under active development. Authorized users should verify results and retain appropriate business backups. The company may revise or discontinue internal access and should communicate material changes to users.
