Refund policy

 

Refunds
There are no refunds for packaged plan services (including on any unused hours), account audits, or monthly account management services. A full or partial refund for a cancellation of a consultation may apply (please see below).

Service Period Extensions
Each packaged (hourly) plan has a use-by period, generally within 30 - 60 days. This is to ensure the details of your account remain fresh for our team as they perform the work. We understand there may be rare circumstances where your account experiences a serious issue that prevents meaningful usage of the plan within its use period. If you feel this situation applies to you, please reach out to us at sales@retailsages.com.

Cancellation of Account Management Service
If you have a monthly account management service contract with us and wish to cancel, please refer to the individual cancellation provision within your specific contact.

Cancellation of Consultation
If you decide to cancel a consultation session and notify us more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation time, you will receive a full refund. If you do not notify us of the cancellation or rescheduling of the consultation 24 hours before the beginning of your consultation, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of the scheduled consultation. In the case of late connection (more than 10 minutes) - the consultation is canceled with full withholding of payment. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we cannot allow exceptions.

Refund Processing
The processing of any eligible refunds will be initiated within 48 hours of the request and will be returned using the same payment method they were purchased on. Please note it may take several days for the refund to be fully processed back onto your payment method.
